All orders to the UK will incur the standard £3.95 Postage and Packing charge -irrespective of the number of items you have purchased or their weight. Most orders are are processed the same day and despatched shortly afterwards and should be delivered to you within the following two to three business days. (Please allow longer during seasonal periods or when there are bank holidays). If there is likely to be any change to this schedule, or you are ordering items which have to be specially made, or will be sent in separate packages or may be sent from different locations, we will endeavour to send you a personal e-mail within the next 1-2 business days with a more specific delivery schedule. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Overseas Updated November 1, 2021 Since Britain has left the European Union, all overseas orders are now subjected to additional administration and this has meant that all overseas orders now incur a minimum £10 charge. As such, the revised delivery charges for overseas orders are as follows:
1 item = £10 2 items = £15 3 items = £17.50 4 items = £19.50 5 items or more = £21
Most orders to destinations outside the UK are despatched by Royal Mail Air Mail service and should be delivered in approximately 5 - 21 working days after dispatch, depending on the exact destination. Particularly large, heavy or valuable packages may be sent by courier for which you will receive separate tracking information.
Overseas orders. Total order weight is between 1 to 2 Kgs. If you order one or two items which are reasonably heavy or require specific heavy packaging which means the overall weight is between 1 to 2 Kgs, we may ask for an additional payment to equate to the actual shipping cost.
Overseas orders. Total order weight between 2Kgs and 4Kgs. If a total order weighs between 2 to 4 Kgs (which is likely to be the case for heavy books, limited edition prints (in heavy postal tubes), multi-itemed special packages or other heavy items), the order will either be sub-divided so that it is sent in separate packages weighing less than 2 Kgs each, or it will be sent by courier. Either way, this will increase the total shipping charge to between £30 to £60, depending on the total weight and exact destination and you will be requested to pay the additional charge before the order is dispatched.
Overseas orders. Total order weighing 4 Kgs +. For orders which contain a large number of items or which contain very heavy items and the total weight is over 4 Kgs, these are likely to be sent by courier and you will be advised of the additional shipping costs to pay before the order is dispatched.
